Got the chance to review this prototype diver from Radcliffe Watches. This will be on Kickstarter, but as of the time I release this video I don't have an exact release date. Dane has told me he has had "spectacular failures Overall, I shy away from KS projects unless I'm very intrigued by the design." I'm done with KS myself, regardless of design or price.

Over 1 year waiting for my last Kickstarter watch. I am also done with KS as there is no responsibility loop. If someone starts a platform where al least 50% of funds are kept in escrowed hold back I would be interested.

Brings me back good memories of my 2nd microbrand ever, the Obris Morgan Explorer. Looks like an identical case and bracelet. I’d be surprised if the dimensions aren’t exact. Nice ceramic bezel upgrade. I’d give it a chance once they’re delivered. The Explorer only needed better lume and a ceramic bezel (or sapphire) to be “perfect”.

Same story here. looks good overall but I hate kickstarter and pre-orders

And I disagree with Peter Kosta. There's a lot of changes still happening considering its a funded watch.

A clasp, a crown, end links, color matching (which is hard to do on two different materials) and the logo!

I'd say the finishing on the case is good looking for the price but could be better and I'd prefer the minute hand have some contrast with the dial.

I might want one used down the road.

I'm betting the margins are very thin here which is probably why they can't do micro adjust and a diver's extension.

that would worry me about receiving the finished product as well

That's the thing. These projects being reviewed are nothing but conjecture based on promises being made by the creator.
