I wanted one of these but I’m slowing down with the big watch buys. I only really wear my huge watches like this SIsu sized ones during the winter months when I have a huge coat on. The huge watches stand out nice with the big coats.

Yes I know you are rules LOL. I used to be like that. Now I would much rather have a less number of nicer watches. There may come a day where you'd rather have one really nice sisu than 2 or 3 Invicta, and that's where you put your money.

Agree....I just haven’t got there.....yet. Lol

I believe both of you two Bobs are correct here. A lot of people that get into this hobby reach the point that bobbyd is referring to. Some slower, some faster than others and a few never at all. The beauty is we all get to move thru this hobby in the manner that we each feel comfortable with.

Dial says swiss-made. If I had to make an educated guess I'd say they were designed in Cali and probably assembled w Swiss ETA overseas before the rules changed. But I honestly have no proof of that statement.
I'd be happy to put up pics but I'm still having an issue in that department. I spent over 30 minutes setting up a Photobucket account last night fighting those stupid pop-up ads only to see my box photo non-existent again this morning in Sotas thread.

Ok thanks. Photobucket is history for the most of us. There are threads you can to read to see. They really bombed on there

For me the watch display did it. You get to see what you own and have limited space. So you have to get rid of one to buy one and over time they get nicer and nicer.

55mm. was the OEM size of B-UHREN FLIEGER worn over the flight jacket by Luftwaffe on loan for the flight and returned if they didn't crash & burn after bombing London etc.

I would think in NYC, like some Invictas, these watches are quite well used as weapons, offensive (with a head slap you’d knock an assailant out), and defensive) with a design that will stop bullets).

Most definitely, but in my case nobody wants to get close enough to find out what the deal is.
