I would say a cleaning and tuneup with a good polish bringing some good sheen back to that case and you will a nicer timepiece there than it already is. Have fun!

I ran the number thru PAM.GUARD and got... "We are sorry. We cannot find this product serial number. Please try again." I tried BB1448768 and BB1448788 as I'm not sure about the second to the last digit... But that could be because the watch was never registered with Panerai...
