Can´t wait to see the whole watch assembled. The case, bezel, case back, buckle and even the crown will be made from TIMASCUS!

The case back below was heat colored with a butan gas torch.

Just a handfull of watches were produced and will go next week into sale.

This watch will be very nice and unique as the Zelos one was but definitely with a higher price tag.
 
The price is one thing, but the customer service experience between H and Z (in my own personal experience) are worlds apart. The latter is the upper echelon compared to telling a customer they are on their own because something they ordered was not built the way it was specifically ordered. If the correct fix is to be made the customer was told they are responsible for shipping both ways to Germany. The communication also lags. I was never notified and asked if the one being shipped would be acceptable.

H2O KALMAR 2 25000M TIMASCUS
with black sunburst dial. The inlay style and crystal height could be chosen. Handset is always chromed. Second dial choice is the black-2-blue dial. The Horween leather strap will be equipped with a timascus roller buckle.
The worlds first fully Timascus watch incl. case, bezel, case back and even the crown.
About 60% of the available quantity is now already pre-reserved.
 
That looks awesome - but will probably be well out of my price range. Love that 10Miles case and I love the look with the crown/case back/bezel (and buckle) matching the case.
 
:hmm: Pre-reserved .. I'm happy to deal, but not when the price is unseen. Regardless if he sends an e-mail confirmation for a spot. I'm not going to commit funds blindly from any brand, even ZELOS. Last time it was a grand and the "oh well" arrogance of customer service made buying anything even under a grand a distant urge. I''ll chance it for an insane price, which I highly doubt. In any event, I'll save the funds to put towards the OMEGA PO SEAMASTER orange and white.

He can sell them all to the group with or without the Vaseline. Regardless if someone is in a "group" or not .. everyone should receive the same attention to issues that are related to a new purchase that's received with issues. All money is the same color. Nothing inspires me about arrogant attitudes towards customer service .. you don't get to pick and choose that part without having a price to pay.

 
I sent a Facebook message to Clemens inquiring about price (told him not sure I'd be able to swing it, but was definitely interested and was wondering if he could share to see whether I can pull the trigger). Not sure if I will get a reply, but if it's not too much of a premium compared to the sales pricing of the 25000m, I just might get it. I might have to wait and see on Monday when it goes live on their website.
 
I do love the three H2Os I have. They are great watches but the Klamar chrono ordeal turned me off of pre-orders and I’ll have to admit I have longed for an H2O since though it wasn’t a conscious decision.

I could still see myself grabbing another piece one day but it won’t be this one. Similar to the Mokune Gane paying a significant premium purely for the case material isn’t really something I’m looking to do…. Though they are beautiful. Just like I’d rather have a steel Breitling than the same one in gold at three times the price.
 
It is a beautiful and truly unique piece...but I agree with Mike and Gavin as far as putting that kind of cash towards something else...

That being said I'll be anxious to see it if Rob decides to jump... :smiles:

Well, Clemens has been active on Facebook since I messaged him, but I have not received a reply to my question regarding pricing. It surprises me how many in the H2O Watch Addicts Facebook Group have posted to put their name on the list without even knowing the price - I'm just not willing to make that kind of commitment, and I don't want to reserve a watch and have to back out if the price is higher than I am willing to pay. My guess is the price premium over the regular 25000m watch will be enough to keep me from pulling the trigger especially since a limited number of pieces will be produced and there seems to be a good demand from H2O collectors. I guess I'll find out Monday (if they don't all sell out). I don't consider this a "got to have" piece, but I do love the look (and I love my 10 Mile) so I'll pull the trigger at the right price.
 
The mokune gane and Damascus are around $4100-4200. I’d have to image the price would be closer to that than the price of the original 10 mile with the exception being that Clemens usually introduces pieces at a much more accessible price.

The Hydra was pretty reasonable in Mokune gane but sold out at introduction and was a very small batch. However now he wants $450ish just for a spare MG Hydra bezel.

I agree Gavin - I was expecting the "premium" for the timascus to be higher. I'm definitely tempted - would love to see the buckles offered - the base offering notes heat treated titanium and the 230 EUR package with upgraded movement and extra lizard strap is needed to get the heat treated timascus buckle.

what WHITEY said...alls I know... KAIZEN execution of materials...state of the art... for me a look...for collectors metallurgical treasure...and would you look at CLEMENS coming fast on the rail...hunka hunks burning ti masca...wow H2O long tall drink of wrist water

a league of my own... ordered RZE @ VIP ( Travis gave me VIP treatment after he felt my deadly hat trick aim...I never won anything...tears boo hoo )NO DATE AQUA DIAL HARDENED TI DIVER ...hope I'm done...well maybe just ONE more...
