I can attest to that as I had much trouble sizing my Mako Shark bracelet.IMHO what separates Elshan and his Zelos brand his how he responds to customer service issues. No matter how small the issue, from a buckle or strap, movements or a complete watch, or just concerns or questions in general. Combine that with good designs and as Repo mentioned, fair pricing with great bang for the buck. Being able to take criticism of his last release and build on making it better for the next version.
He took care of the problem immediately for me.
