Okay, I'll say it: You are the King of the Blues RW. Thanks for showin' off! I held the scroll button down, the second time through. ...like watching a picture show. I recommend it.
Have most of the DB's in your excellent pics....not all by a long shot. Wanted to know if you have had any issues with your BlueTech Abyss, in the case of the lume coming off of the bezel (two numbers on my watch). Just curious....I reached out to DB about 5 or 6 years ago to see if they could relume
the numbers....their response.....there are places you can purchase lume paint and do it yourself. That soured me on DB....they didn't stand behind their watches.....
Thanks notux. Im sorry to hear about the lume and how it was handled.
In the last several years I've read about other customers who have had similar discontent about the lack of customer service. The few issues I've ever had were fixed by swapping out the watches or issuing me a refund. I posted a photo below of an Abyss with the same lume issue on the bezel. I do own the blue dial, but the one with the missing one on the ten is not mine. Another person lost one of the screws on the bezel or something and was told they do not have parts. These things do not fare well for any company in a very crowded and competitive field. I can't say I blame you for feeling the way that you do. Telling a customer to paint the markers that did not perform or hold up as they should have is bad customer service.
