On this episode we revisit a brand that's made some major moves since being last seen on our channel. Once mostly known for high quality vintage submariner homages, Raven Watches have since moved into creating their own unique and quite identifiable design language. Sure it still pays its respects to many past icons but now you'll find a well curated amalgamation of elements perfectly blended into a fine tuned timepiece that equally celebrate the past while also bringing something new to the table.

New camera and new alligator rubber strap. The straps are Swiss Made vulcanized rubber and we will have them on our website soon.

Steve Laughlin They are getting harder to find (good ones) there are some old stock floating around on the gray market. That is why we are going with Miyota 9015 for the next Trekker, we can buy brand new movements from Miyota. The ETA we will use for the bronze Trekker, but we are only making 30-50 watches depending on the pre-orders.

I don't really want to go into it here, but a brand new Miyota purchased directly from Miyota, is way better than an ETA that has been sitting in a watch factory waiting to be sold and used by a micro brand... We will end up doing repairs and cleaning on the ETA much sooner than on the Miyota.
