KOMODO

Tucked among the Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia, the remote Komodo island is home to the famed Komodo dragon, while the tropical waters surrounding the island are host to some of the richest marine biodiversity on the planet. Begging to explore these rich waters, the HELM Komodo features a 316L stainless steel case and bracelet, automatic movement, screw-down caseback and crown, domed sapphire crystal, unidirectional bezel, highly legible dial and a 300 meter depth rating. With a compact case diameter of 40mm, the ISO 6425 compliant Komodo is the perfect size to strap on for any far-flung adventure.

Available with four dial variations and several aftermarket bezel options, the Komodo also includes the NS1 Nylon Strap―an excellent option in the water and a casual, lighter weight alternative to the stainless bracelet. And with a standard 20mm lug width, the Komodo can be dressed up or down with limitless aftermarket straps, including our own RS1 rubber strap and the SS1 or SS2 stainless bracelet.

the DARK-LIGHT BLUE MARKER...which is I assume LIGHT BLUE LUME ( light blue SL weaker on lume chart than BGW9 )

-but IMHO DARK -LIGHT BLUE MARKER looks " imho " for DI-URNAL activity...it's prettier...to me...

good hunt ...no loser's here...quit 3 hand tools maybe 2 + years...but I feel something stirring in my dive meter

gr8 again...the lume school 101 chart...thx...IS THERE A TUBE LUME BRIGHTNESS CHART PER CHANCE...after your excellent tube tutorial the AM...?

I like the looks of the DARK-LIGHT BLUE by day light...pretty

Very impressive, with some solid statistics, and three cool executions! Thanks Mike.:hat:

Damn...I have to hang for the Direnzo on KS...too many divers in the mix...although it is a diver...more elegant and sophisticated...

Sold out already? :hmm:

Thanks for your interest in the Komodo! The 200 watches we had available on 2/17 have sold out, but we expect to have more in stock in April. If you haven't already, you can sign up to be notified when those are available!

yeah...I felt something move...hot tool...april right around the corner...maybe they have a prototype or blem

I tried at 5 minutes after the hour and no dice. Late to the party again.

Congrats Mike I am surprised you went with orange. I would have pictured you more for the white. I have this one from the previous sale. Nice little chunky watch. Enjoy it.

Thanks Stan. Orange, red and yellow are colors that I have the least of in my collection and for some reason are not offered as frequently compared to other colors. I have a good bit of white and silver dials. The white was a consideration as well as the black with white date. I picked up the Seiko Ice Monster last year so that helped to tip the kaleidoscopic scales.
