Yet another triangular watch in the same vein as the highly-acclaimed Hamilton "Ventura." In this case, the homage was developed and built by the good folks at Seiko, who submitted their three-sided watch with a rotor-driven 'kinetic' movement, a motive force provider that is, well, let's just say it's not as popular as some of their other designs to date...
Does it WORK? Yes, indeed, it does. However, it can take a while to get it going, but the rewards are, according to Seiko's designers, well worth the wait, with power reserves in excess of 200 or more hours. Ah, but that wait is a long one, and likely the cause of arthritic soreness in many an arm!
There were SIX (6) different models of this watch, three of which were powered by kinetic movement, and three others which were powered by quartz; these latter iterations also featured chronograph and day/date complications. It is a rare occasion indeed when one of these models turns up for sale or trade, especially those with the kinetic movements...and, YES, da Mouse has ALL SIX.
