Louis: regarding the movement, it is indeed the Miyota 8N25. (And it's a tough one to find, as the rotor itself is unmarked; the movement is marked, but you have to line up the holes in the gears in order to read it, starting with the "8N," then advancing the gears just far enough to spy the "25." Had to use my 2X reading glasses AND my magnifying glass in order to read the results! It was sort of fun, in an OCD kind of way...)
