What is this? What's on the dial of this watch? Sort of a lupah case.:dunno: Bet it has the Z60 movement though.

Looks like a spaceship with a pigskin strap. The strap would be cool on an NFL watch.

My mother told me that if I didn't have something nice to say.........

Interesting, but a PASS, for me.

Ah yes the time universe (originall called the G5 until it was just about to be released) was really hyped up. Came out in a relatively small batch and was sold rather quickly. Big chunky watch with a cool overall profile. The small knobs located at 12/3/6/9 are actually the crowns for the small movement. The case turns so you can have any of the smaller handsets at any of the 4 positions. (Or at least it did in that version) As for the Star Wars motif, I like how they did that. Little visual cues at each location. Again, not a character watch guy but I like how they did these, esp the Empire version.

The Time Universe had one big flaw though in design that hopefully they will have fixed. The main movement is controlled by a pusher at the bottom of the case. Rather then pulling out a crown you simply push the pusher under the case until you are at the right time. Great, except that on the wrist of quite a few people the pusher would engage accidentially. So the time would just change on its own. Looks as though they have retained that movement. Hopefully they were able to fix the issue. The old Technomarine bubble watch used the same movement and did not have that problem so it can be done.
