My Invicta Corduba Enforcer ETA Valjoux 7750 watch contains a Sellita SW500 movement!!!! You may insert all the foul words you can think of to describe my mood right here.

WTH indeed. I have no issue with the SW500, but WTH !!. Another reason I just steer clear of them, cannot trust anything that comes out of their talking heads. Did I mention, WTH !!!!

I have model #13684 and wondering if they pull this switch on ones without the see through case backs?

At first I thought TWR swapped it and I've been corresponding with them all day about it. They insist they didn't change the movement and would have lost money on the repair if they had. I feel like I'm losing my mind because I would swear I saw an ETA with my own eyes before sending it to TWR in spite of their insistence that they didn't swap it. Thinking back on it I'm beginning to believe them. The rotor on all 7750's I've seen has a distinct shape and this one is shaped differently. And I've seen a lot of movements and watches since then so could be confusing with another. If they are correct then that means the watch came new from Invicta with the SW500 because I bought it new from an online retailer. Only if the rotor will swap between the 7750 and the SW500 would it lend credence that the ebauche was swapped during repair. I do not know if this is possible or not.

I have the model above still BNIB wrapped like a mummy all I did was check the functions and let it run for a few days, I'm almost tempted to crack it open to see what is inside because it states everywhere it has the Valjoux 7750. I have seen sites state a watch could have either or inside but Invicta does not disclose any such thing that I have seen.

Definitely says 7750 on INVICTA web site. I was not aware this was repaired, Sorry. Did they have to replace the movement ? They may have only been able to get SW500.

    This only gets better.
I just checked my 7750 pro diver. Guess what I found. Uh huh, SW500. I'm so pissed I could spit nails!

Starting to wonder, does that have a see through or solid case back?
