Zelos Spearfish Dual Time Ocean Blue

I was torn between the meteorite version and the ocean blue. For that kind of money I didn't wanna risk getting a meteorite I wasn't thrilled with.

Yep... The crap shoot of a "natural" dial... The blue looks great!

Zelos has the best, most consistent meteorite dials around. I can't think of any "bad" ones with poor Widmanstätten patterns that I've seen. Once there was a batch of 100 dials using a different plating technique and the blue meteorite was muted compared to other releases. ET reduced the price and put a note about why the prices were lower than normal. That was a Swordfish with a Timascus bezel.

I have to say that is very nice... Not being a huge fan of the "Rock", I do like it and this one with the big date window at 12 and the "globe" second zone at six just looks right to me... Don't get me wrong, the skelly models look great, this is just more my style...
