Zelos Horizons 43mm Carbon Dial Review added 03/20/21 (goes live Tuesday @ 11am EST on 23rd of March)

The reviewer Shane of Relative time also mistakenly said the Horizon GMT used a Sellita movement. The movement used was the
ETA 2893.

I also don't agree that using the same name for different models is messy. Omega does the same thing. In the Seamaster family they have several sub divisions of models.

I think getting a $350 or more watch free, for a review should require the reviewer to get the stats right. That is there job with there review right? Or they can start with, I get to keep the watch for a inaccurate rushed review!

It's like a paid advertisement being sponsored. Unlike say ShopNBC with Invicta and other vendors, Elshan isn't going to put too many restrictions on the tubers. He doesn't restrict them from being negative.

If I had a dollar for every time one of the host or company reps from my SHOPNBC/EVINE viewing daze made an incorrect statement on specs or something. I could probably pay for all my Zelos watches. They are getting paid to sell the watches on TV shopping channels and always seem to get the facts wrong.

Nobody is perfect and it's only human to make a mistake. It's not too difficult to do some basic research on things that will be addressed in a review. I think the average YouTube review channel does this as a hobby and for extra income. If they are lucky enough to become monetized by YouTube and maintain a lot of hits.

Someone like Tim Mosso (his full-time job) puts plenty of time in knowing the products inside and out. That is what separates the professional watch reviewers from the amateurs, but even Tim gets stuff wrong on occasion.

I was looking forward to your take. It’s makes sense . The reason I look forward to these is to get a better view of all angles.

Tracking active for two of mine on the way.

It may be slightly longer than usual for the Hammerhead 300 to go live.
ET mentioned he was holding back a week or two longer to decrease the waiting time once the money is paid.

That's never been an issue for me or the majority, but a few get skittish.

:outstand: :up::applaud:

I think the red tip on a burgundy dial gets lost. The SF 40 had one as well, but the white chapter ring helped keep track of it.

I received email saying my label was entered Monday! Nothing since! How long does he usually take to drop them off? Or maybe it’s in the system and not scanned. I did not want to ask that on FB timekeepers page.

Try to resign again for tracking updates with email and or text messages. Once FedEx gets the package and a first scan is created you should see the scan activity with the updates you sign up for. The time can vary because of SST 8 + GMT, but I think by now something should be seen depending on hang-ups, etc.

I received the labels printed email on Monday and this morning Thursday FedEx said they have it. No eta yet. I’m not rushing as I have seen some hiccups with recent shipping. That said seeing others post there’s does make me want mine.
