Overall very good . . . and you captured the MOP quite well . . . and I like the use of DoF to isolate the dial, especially from the background. A few suggestions . . .
The red in the background is a slight distraction as it's a warm to hot color. A gray or blue would work better, as the rest of the background is cooler and more subdued. The eye tends toward yellows and reds, and some towards greens, more than it does toward grays and blues. Work with the light to get a little more specular highlights on the gems . . . the lighting is soft which is what you generally need for jewelry, but not too soft when you're working with faceted gem stones that should sparkle some, but not so much as to distract from the rest. Whatever you do, don't lose the MOP colors you've captured, or the DoF isolation.
