Look out for the bullfrog butt bite 👀🌟NEW DOXA HOMAGE! 🌟 Intro SEESTERN Watches

Eight out of ten packages are usually left with no signature, sight unseen. This was one that by the time I made it to the door I saw her riding away. When I am fortunate enough to catch someone making a delivery and it looks and feels off. I'll ask them to stick around a second until I accept it and open it. They will be a witness. If the contents are inside, no harm no foul. If it's empty I'll have them note the package was empty. For the last decade out of 350 + deliveries this is the first time, so I'm not going to push any panic buttons. There are worse things in life than a few trinkets getting stolen.

Hi, the package was almost 1kg when left China. the watches have been packed 100% in the
boxes. Please call the Fedex number we provided and open a case so we can continue to work on
it. once we located the error, we will then refund or resend the watches again. Thank you for your

cooperation.

The photo you attached shows an orange dial watch. I ordered the MOP dial and a teal Monster.

I spent two hours on the phone yesterday. They did not give me any claim number. Please explain to me how FedEx shows 1 pound and you are claiming it weighed 1kg/2.2 pounds. That is incorrect. When FedEx received the package the weight shows one pound.

I feel it is not up to me to deal with FedEx. You are giving me bad information about the shipping weight, watch color, etc. The package did not weigh the 1kg you claim it did. I'm providing a screen shot of the tracking weight. I expect to see my watches or a refund. I would much rather have the MOP sub 300 and the teal Monster. I'm trying my best to work with you, but escalating this will be my last resort if I continue to receive bad information from your end. Thanks very much.

Isn’t Pascal a part of this company?

Man that’s terrible. I hope it’s just an English barrier and not how they actually handle issues. It is clearly their problem to find out what happened.
I can’t remember what forum or who said it, but I once heard that when you buy a watch from China or Korea, once they mail it out they believe their job is done and it is all on you after that.
I got the free shipping so it will be a while before I get mine to see if there is actually a watch in the package or if there are any issues.

I hope everyone here gets what they ordered and this is either a mix up or actual theft on my order. As I said earlier, I'm trying to work with them to provide what I can on my end. I'll think twice before dealing with these guys again.

Every trinket I've ordered the weight shows at least one pound + with the packaging, etc. My full titanium weighed more and it was only one watch. You keep insisting it weighed 2.2 pounds 1kg. OK so here is my thing .. did I fly over to CHINA and crack open the package and take the contents out for FedEx to show one pound? I can't begin to explain what happened, but that is on you to find out on your end. Did you for some reason open the package after the docs where generated, got sidetracked and unwittingly sealed the box and put it back into the FedEx envelope empty? I'm not Columbo and I've pieced together what I could, supplied images .. now the ball is in your court.

Hi Michael,

I was getting in touch with the folks of Seestern Watches.

They have started an investigation with Fedex to find out what the problem was or is.

Unfortunately you are no the only person that got his watches robbed!

We have knowledge of at least 4 other cases ! This is crazy! -.-

You have my word everything will be solved to your satisfaction. There will be either a full refund or a replacement sent to you.

For the troubles, I am very very sorry about that!

I will follow this case personally and keep informed as well!

Kind regards

Pascal

USPS® Expected Delivery by Friday, September 17, 2021 arriving by 9:00pm.

Your item departed our USPS facility in LOUISVILLE KY DISTRIBUTION CENTER on September 16, 2021 at 5:47 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. FedEx had nothing do with my delivery so hopefully I'll have a watch in the box! 🙏

I'll keep my fingers crossed. From what Pascal said it was across the board the watches were stolen. Most use USPS because it is free. The only reason I paid for FedEx was my local USPS is really bad with delivering to the wrong location. It wasn't a time issue. I usually can wait. My Maranez and Phoibos were delivered FedEx no issues. I think it's an inside job before FedEx had them inside the facility myself. Someone handling the watches knew what was inside had access to them. (Someone picked them up or a worker transporting them to facility) Once they are in FedEx hands with cameras all over it's hard unless the actual delivery person steals them. The weight indicated it was done before it hit US soil. All of the customs papers and all were intact inside the pouch.

Last November 2020 .. a Timascus/blue meteorite was stuck in customs inside a container on last scan at FedEx. ET was working on it on his end and I was doing it here. We came up empty and it was in limbo. After three weeks, Elshan decided to ship me another one and it arrived in 2020. I think it was like February or something in 2021. I almost tripped over a package left on my top step. No one ever knocked and they just left it. I had no clue anything was coming and I was amazed no one stole it off the step. I would have never known. It looked like it had a lot of miles on the wrapper and some odd stickers, but not torn open or anything. I had no clue what it was. I opened it and it was the watch from November. I contacted Elshan and he told me to keep it.

My point is .. I have a fair amount of confidence in FedEx from my own experience. No carrier is without issues. UPS had a package at my doorstep and took it to LA. USPS my local hub is like the worst for me.

Two things watching this video. When he cuts into the cardboard box that is the exact color tape that was used on the underside of the FedEx package. It's not even a clear tape. It has a yellowish tint to it. Even FedEx told me they don't use that kind of tape.

Something else that is odd. DHL using a UN 3091 hazmat caution sticker on automatic watches.

Sold mine on Feebay. Because of the bracelet I couldn't help but look at the watch as a piece of junk. Wasn't worth replacing the bracelet in my eyes. Glad it's out of my life.
