INVICTA STORES DELAYED SHIPMENTS

I had that issue years ago on one of my Marvel SW500 Chronographs from the Invicta stores. I received my Batman and Captain America, but the Punisher PVD was sitting in limbo. I ended up calling my CC company and they finally cancelled the order. Good luck.

Invicta Stores is currently experiencing

longer than normal delivery times due to high order volume from sales and promotions, changes in operating conditions, and supply chain issues.

Reasons for Delays
  • High Order Volume: According to responses from the company on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and customer reviews, a significant volume of orders, often from sales and promotions, is overwhelming their fulfillment centers.
  • Processing Time: Invicta's team requires 3-5 business days to process and package an order for shipping, and this time is not included in the estimated delivery time, even for expedited shipping.
  • Multiple Warehouses: Orders containing multiple items may ship from different distribution centers, resulting in separate shipments and potential delays if one warehouse is slower than others.
  • Operational Conditions/Supply Issues: Invicta notes that "changes in normal operating conditions beyond our control" are contributing to delays. Reports from customers suggest issues getting watches from suppliers, such as Japan.

How to Check Your Order Status

Customer Service Tips for Delays
  • Contact Promptly: If your order is significantly delayed, contacting customer service directly is recommended. Some customer reviews suggest that persistence might be needed.
  • Be Aware of Timelines: Note the standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Allow additional time beyond that for the actual shipping.
  • Customer experiences indicate that total wait times can range from a week to over a month.
  • Track Progress: Monitor your order status and tracking information for updates. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear online after a label is created.
  • Dispute Charges (If Applicable): Some customers have found success in disputing charges with their credit card companies for excessively delayed or unshipped orders, as a way to prompt action from the company.

Let me shorten that for you....
Invicta experiencing delays because they neglected to hire extra staff, like every other reasonable company does, during the holidays with expected significant increase in sales. They are run by a moron who couldn't care less about your customer satisfaction. You do however have a right to cancel the purchase through your credit card. I always pay by credit card via PayPal so I have two companies to back me when I deal with this kind of nonsense. PayPal is often much quicker, sometimes immediate so I usually contact them first.
