So after months of seeing this watch over $200, a price I couldn't justify for it, I have finally brought this home. I found it on Evine for $150 or so and thought it was time to pull the trigger. I posted a thread about it asking for opinions and our Deal Czar, Lee, found my a heck of a price on Amazon at $90 with 2 day prime shipping. I would still be waiting for a shipping notice from Evine, but instead I am able to wear it now. I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it out of the box, but I wore it all last night and I have decided to keep it.

Initial thoughts are the strap isn't has padded as I thought it was going to be, but it is still a very nice strap as far as an OEM Invicta strap is concerned. The case shape is fantastic and the HP RG just makes it that much better. The hands are much nicer than I expected them to be. I guess I never really looked at the hands before. They are white which really makes them pop against the green CF center portion of the dial. All in all I am very impressed with a sub $100 Invicta. I have a few things that I don't like about it, like the SS case back is visible while its on the wrist. I think they should have changed the case back on these plated models. I also would have really liked a screw down crown, but then again, its on a leather band and isn't going in the water ever, so not a huge deal to me. Anyways, here are a few crappy pics I took with my iPhone last night.

DAN: The S1 Rally series you have is one of my favorites...(but not in that much green. Id put a black or brown strap on it). But i have a few of these in red, blue, white, and black dials. They get lots of wrist time. The unique case shape, strap quilt, and dial are outstanding. These are nicer, to me, than the one with the big S1 ad lugs on the case. I paid much more than you, and i still thought it was a good deal for a gorgeous watch. Wear it well.

WOW! That sunray finish behind the CF really makes the green dial POP! I'm surprised you were not as wow'd by the strap, it looks so nice in photos. It always reminds me of custom automobile upholstery.

Thanks guys! I agree with you Arthur. I thought the same thing about the quilted leather. I have already started thinking about a black or brown strap. I think a brown would go better with the color scheme, but a black would look good too. I have also toyed with a rose bracelet if I could get it in the same color. I think that would be the hard part.

I do really like the case design though. Probably one of my favorite parts of the watch. Thanks again Lee for the deal finding.
