Hey guys, here's a rough schedule of the releases I have planned so far. Things might move around due to production schedules though. I'll be sharing more info about each release closer to the launch dates. Hope you like what's in store for 2022!

Feb: Spearfish Diver - A refined and updated version of the swordfish, powered by the all new LaJoux Perret G100 automatic

March: Constellation - Super slim dress/aviator design with the Sellita SW215 hand wound

April/May: Hammerhead 3 in bronze with some special material editions

June/July: Field Watch in Ti

Aug: Vitesse Drivers Chrono powered by La-Joux Perret movement LJP L100 (7750 design with column wheel and longer PR)

Sept Onwards: Diver's GMT

The SF has been done a lot recently so no plans for new ones yet as I do hope to explore some newer designs.

The Constellation and Starfighter both share a similar case design. The height is 8.6mm without the crystal.

The Vitesse Drivers Chrono is powered by the LJP L100 (7750 design) and will be thicker in height, but more affordable in price.

The Spearfish Diver with LJP G100 Roughly 5-600 USD or so for the launch.

I wonder how close to $500 it will be? That’s a lot for my budget. Also I’m surprised how the Bronze went from a December release to April/May thats even more wiggle room.

Planning for the production of the field watch and would like to do a quick poll of the movement that you guys would like to see for this piece. Do note that there's no plans for the SF40s so this field would be the 'entry' zelos for now.

The main differences of these movements are
  1. NH35 - Price (final price of approx $280), thickness at 12+mm
  2. 9015 - Price of around $350, thickness at 11mm, 28800bph

Just wondering what new dial colors you guys would like to see for 2022? The classics have been done quite a bit so its time to experiment with some new and exciting materials and colors for the dials.

Q: Smaller Please! 36mm-38mm

No plans for that just yet, but might think about it if there's enough demand for smaller pieces.

Closing thread comments as its degraded to childish insults.

Not at all trying to be a Debbie Downer... just making conversation, but is it possible Zelos is losing a little steam? Maybe too many releases per calendar year?

Previous to the last generation of Hammerhead a sell-out was almost guaranteed for all Zelos releases either during the pre-order period or shortly thereafter.

Since the Black Tip or maybe it was the Horizon's diver though there hasn't been a series sell out. hammerhead, great white, 40mm Mako, Starfighter, Spearfish (though its early) and Mirage (understandable) are all still available.

I'm not questioning their success. I'm sure they are still doing very well esp when compared to other micros and I personally love Elshan and many of his designs. Just making conversation

I think that he is turning his company more into a brand name and trying to get away from a "micro". I think that it is good that there is stock on some models rather than everything selling out in minutes. It gives more people discovering the brand to actually purchase something rather than buying a watch from the open market at grossly inflated prices or someone who finally decides to get one has that opportunity as well. He does produce many models fairly quickly but it seems to work for him especially with his following. I have several but not every model but I like the variety and options that he produces.

I've always said that Elshan releases stuff too quick, but I'm in no position to second-guess their success. It's just nice to take a breather IMHO, but I have no wife to rein me in and anchor me for spending. As far as not having sold out totally like in the past. They did increase the production numbers a little compared to the past to make inventory easier to purchase from authorized dealers, etc.

Regrettably, I've passed on the last four launches, as I'm targeting a luxury acquisition in late spring 2022. That said, I have acquired 3 Zelos watches and I am quite pleased with each of them. As a budding enthusiast, I would not have known about them were it not for WIT - so Thanks, you guys! I'm not really into them but I'm sure Elshan will do a fine field watch. As for dial colors, I think he has great offerings and has come up with cool stuff for the past couple of launches. My favorite is my crimson Blacktip. I got a hulk SF 40 too but I'd like to see him modify that green into a more fume/forest green kinda like the green on my OC Navigator. I think that would look fantastic on a Blacktip if he ever does another run of them.

I think it's good that they have increased their production numbers. If I gotta go to Military Inc., to get that Crimson HH3 that I missed out on at launch and pay a bit more for it - so be it. At least the opportunity is there and it takes some of the anxiety out of it, knowing that I'm dealing with somebody I have some degree of recourse with (which probably won't be necessary anyway). I know what I'm getting and the likleyhood that I will not be pleased is miniscule, so a few extra bucks doesn't bother me for a Zelos.

Well said. These watches hanging around a little longer has allowed me to partake in a couple of Zelos that would normally be gone. Just ordered another yesterday. I do have to quit waiting till after the pre-order price is gone to make up my mind though 😆. Honestly, as you stated, I don't mind a few extra bucks for a Zelos.

Elshan today:

Oh yes someone pointed them out to me a few weeks ago. The HH3 in bronze launching soon will be more affordable
😉
