My aim at H2O is to always treat ALL my customers in the same fair way. The pricing and also the delivery time is for each single customer the same whether they have birthday or not. How could you pressure me to manufacture your watch within 10 days, but all other customers must wait 6-8 weeks until delivery??? I would say this would be quite unfair and will upset all my customers. So to answer your question, which you added into the order comment, asked for in separate email and also in this FB post: The delivery time is 6-8 weeks without exception. If it´s faster, than it will become faster for all customers.
Clemens this was not what I asked in my recent email and can anyway support your response with delivery time.
In regards to the delivery time it would have been a 1 min reply to say it’s sadly not possible and all would have been good. This way of reacting here leaves a bitter taste and it’s even more time consuming for you (at least for me it feels like customer communication feels for you like a pain.. but well it is part of the business )
Kai W You exactly asked to deliver your watch before your birthday on 29.03.2023 and I felt quite uncomfortable with such request in the order comment. Now you asked again here publicibly and therefore I was answering your question.
Clemens I thought a bit further about the intense of your reaction and the fact of the public response . Therefore I ask you pls to cancel my order and refund my payment. and also delete my personal data out of your system (including mailing lists etc) (you have a cancellation email anyway received today as this channel is surely not legally binding.) It was a nice journey for several years with the brand but I guess that’s it. I know no issue for you as anyway the target market is not your home country anymore.
