Tried to upload a gif to profile pic since I screwed my other one up and even after resizing to the correct pixel suggestion it doesn't have any motion 
. Suggestions?

Not sure. I tested one and it posted fine. Could the resizing be causing it

A GIF may go over the set limits (height, width or file size). I think the max resolution has to be very small to keep the animation or else the software makes it a static image. Size is something like 100x100 or 83x83. I had to tinker with mine and shave frames off. I kept reducing the quality and size until finding the right combo that worked for an avatar.
