I am really liking the design. I would totally wear this if it were 45mm and a little less in the money department. I do like it though. I love the functional screws. Thanks for sharing.

I like unique watches and this definitely is. I'd have to try it on. The 66mm lug-lug is giant size. Probably too big for my 7" wrist, but gotta see it in person.

Anything less than a 7.25" wrist will leave the lugs hanging out over the wrist. I would not suggest it for a 7" wrist at all.

Thanks Jim....I trust you with that call. You said the same thing nearly 8 years ago to me regarding the full size Akula. You steered me to the midsize version, which I still wear today. Every time I try on a full size Akula, hoping something changed in 8 years, it verifies that wise suggestion you made. When I grow up, I wanna be able to wear a full size Akula! Lol

A very impressive, and intriguing design. A very sharp presentation package indeed. To large for my 7" wrist, but this would be a very distinctive, and magnificent piece, for those with the wrist big enough to handle it. An outstanding review, Jim. Thanks for posting it up.:good::cool2:

interesting. What I don't like is the way the big markers look like home plate. I do like the construction. Very different. Probably not for me. I wear them big and the Arsenal/Octance for example at full size fits great, but then the Sea hunter doesn't fit and there are gaps. I think there would be gaps here.

definitely different and its always great to see alternate takes on what a watch can be.

Nice review, thanks.I have many Vulcans in my collection and have always wondered about the same type screws in the bezel and if they are also functional, the Vulcan was the first watch that came to mind when I seen those 3 massive screws on it.

the other interesting thing is the repeating theme of 3.

3 large lugs, 3 large markers, 3 dial segments, 3 markers per dial segment. That's cool.

I don't really like it on the tan leather. There are many other watches I'd buy at $950 but still cool.

Enjoyed your review and theirs lots of elements of the watch that I like. Dial layout markers, straps but for my 63/4 wrist way too large.

Since my wrist are 6.5" then this is a no go for me. But I do like the unique
design elements a lot. Again your reviews give us a chance to see designs on
the wrist which we could not wear. Thanks again, Jim!

Great review Jim, as always! Like this watch!
