2 Day Shipping FedEx Shipping I paid $15.50 just a few days ago this week. :hmm: They are charging $24.99 and call it a discount. The trinket prices are good as usual. I guess how someone interprets lowest prices of the year could depend on a few variables.

Got the same watch last week, same price minus $25 because they let me order a color that was out of stock and had to cancel and apologize.

I see this tactic all the time and the retail industry does it as a normal practice. Retailers mark up prices so they can mark them down for a special sale or event. Or in this case call it a special sale, basically lie about prices knowing some shmo who knows no better will see "SALE!!!" and take the bait.
A number of years ago I caught SHOP in one of their Once Only pricing schemes. A watch I had previously bought was on OO again, (so much for OO, eh?) and the price was about $5 lower than my OO price. I confronted SHOP in an email, showed them my invoice/packing slip. They refunded me the difference.

Not the best CS; frankly, subpar. Prices are good for what you get but I don't see myself getting onother DB

Like many Brooklyn based businesses, these sales practices are pretty “sketchy” - deceptive, even bordering on dishonesty:nope:. I sold retailers in NY for decades and know well about their “buy low, sell high“ pricing schemes only to mark "retails" down to a normal level and call it a “sale”. If you’re the type of consumer who follows pricing in the marketplace of whatever interests you, you’ll spot these so called SALE “sketches “ a mile away:rant:.

With the internet so prevalent in our lives today, there are no secrets!

I’m disappointed with Deep Blue if this is their Black Friday promotion for this year .

Where is the pop? The sizzle? New stuff? (And of course REAL Sale Prices?)

Agreed. Even a not so observant buyer should be able to see that today's sales watch was cheaper a week ago. But maybe not.

well DB STAN & SAM have delivered solid value to performance ratio

as far as shipping... logistics are a problem with new policies at USPS...

STEVE MARTIN in THE JERK exclaimed " Oh I get it it's a profit deal ! "

ScottyB buying fungies now...fuk them voices... so just sitting back with no emotion on this "sale"

so not sure how i feel about NO MORE SECRET CODE DEEP OR BLUE WORKS ALWAYS ...NOW APPLIED BY DEFAULT

...I will circle back to DB in the future...I like TUBES for my NIGHT OPS AND NINJA MISSIONS which are COUNTING SHEEP

OF A GREATER MAGNITUDE

WILL WE HAVE INFLATION LIKE THE 70'S ?

OR

WILL IT BE A BLIP LIKE 1946-1948 WHICH WAS FOLLOWED BY DEFLATION /RECESSION ?

not really giving tool acquisition a priority now JMHO

Probably a good idea.

I'm still going to jump on the new Zelos if I get the chance though.
yeah i talk the NBZ talk SHOOTER...but the voices sing when they want to party... I never know I just follow "orders"

i remember waiting for that ZELOS auction on the NOVA out of SINGAPORE... IT WAS A THRILL ON BLUE BERRY HILL...good hunting SHOOTER

The NOVA is a very cool watch Scotty. You have a hand cranking beauty there. It's one of the few models I don't have. I think you have the linen dial, but I may be wrong. I like the brown myself and ET still has a few.

QC can only be judged from trinket to trinket. What I will say is if you get a good one, chances are they will not deteriorate on their own under normal circumstances. If a bad one is received from the get go you could find yourself spinning the wheel of luck how it will get satisfactorily handled.
