So much appreciated for your support in 2020. This was a year have so many challenges. We wish all of us have more inspiration and wisdom to deal with the new situation in 2021

If anywho want to publish our communication with the supplier.
Do not choose to publish. Just Publish all. Where the argument happen.

Below Just my point of view

Conflicts happen at work. For myself, conflicts will only stay on the desk. It's not for personal.
The conflicts with suppliers. Please don’t think that I was the only one yelled to them. They also yelled at me. Face to Face.
They have their company's interests to fight for. We also have our company's interests to fight for.
I can have the understanding. It only about works.

After the project over, When we exchange email again. I admit to them. I have part of responsible when the project not meeting both of our expectation. And I don’t mind admit here again. Sometime My expression may not clear enough, which caused them increased their workload(*This is not intentionally). Or my emotions sometime exceeded proper manner.
The above are two exmail. after the completion of this PROJECT.

I feel they won't stop if they didn't win the "good guy" competition.
I guess it happen again I didn't express myself very clear.
I am not trying to prove or telling they are bad or not good people right now or in the past.
Actually, I didn't considerate it too much. They just looked unable to communicate at all to me.
When I select supplier or partner, I mainly concern could they delivery the project.
There is no message hiding inside.
There is a movement "Buy the seller" I respect any of purchase decision.
I want to tell I don't have intention to be a good people.
We have very strict rule to run the business. And those are guarantee.
-We guarantee customer will received the product ordered and the product is the best we can offer.
-Customer will have complete pre sales and post sales services.
No matter is the customer a chaos, I like him or not, they will have same services as other.
-We will try the best to help the customer.
-The conversation with customer and customer information is naturally confidential.
-We guarantee supplier will have profit when working with us.
-Supplier will receive the payment on time.
-The conversation with supplier and all information is naturally confidential.
We don't guarantee the supplier will be talk nicely and gentle. I am sure I have respect to them.
