Bremont Watch Company

10 years with Jaguar and still firing on all cylinders... Step inside Bremont Co-Founder Nick English’s workshop as he talks about the passion that ignited the partnership with British car manufacturer Jaguar. Nick takes the iconic E and D-Type cars for a spin demonstrating how they have inspired the Bremont Jaguar watch collection.

Bremont and Jaguar continue their relationship following an overwhelming response to the creation of six Bremont chronometers which complemented each of the six ‘continuation’ lightweight E-type sports racing cars built by Jaguar. Due to the overwhelming response, Bremont released a range of four watches dedicated to the road-going Jaguar E-type which at its 1961 launch was not only the fastest production car in the world but, according to Enzo Ferrari, the most beautiful.

Our latest creation pays tribute to the triple Le Mans winning D-type racing car. Jaguar are producing 25 original specification D-types from 2019, with the accompanying chronometer sporting the blue pantone of the famous Ecurie Ecosse Jaguar racing team.

A TRULY BRITISH COLLABORATION
Jaguar first collaborated with the Henley-on-Thames based watch company during the launch of the cutting edge Jaguar C-X75 in 2010, for which Bremont developed a unique, analogue dashboard clock in keeping with the 778 horsepower hybrid supercar’s futuristic nature and 205 mph performance.

Additionally, when asked to create something special for the XJ75, Bremont revealed a mechanical rather than quartz clock designed with superb functional clarity in its detailing which combined with a beautifully crafted outer bezel suggested strength and longevity - something so pertinent to both of these British brands.
