Bad luck Bulova?

Tom I'm a big fan of Bulova watches & I have 3 Precionist watces & all are fine. Bulova typically puts out nice watches & hope this 3rd one will be a keeper for you.

The 3rd watch has arrived. So far it is acceptable. Meaning, it is not factory fresh. It has been handled, there are a few light fingerprints on it, but not greasy/oily like the last one. The crystal protective plastic is off and not even in the box. But the crystal is clear and no scratches. The bezel was off center a few clicks. There are no scratches on the case and no dings on the edge, like the last one. There are no scratches on the strap either, so it does not seem like it was "worn around" for awhile. I think it was demonstrated at a watch counter in a store, and as such got a few fingerprints on it. It also had the crown pulled out and a plastic stopper inserted, which the two previous watches did not.

I have set the time to the exact second, of my computer's time. Tomorrow at 1:52 PM it will be checked and I hope it is still right on Tyme! :)

I bought 2 Bulova from WoW and they were perfect, only once have I received an obviously used damaged watch, that was a Invicta GD from the vine, good luck bruh!

Thanks! :)

Well it seems all is well. The time is still right on the money after 24 hours, and not using my stupid computer clock to check it as I had done before. And I just hope I did not make an unfounded complaint against the first watch. :(

Congratulations on the new Bulova. I have four of them and two of them I had to exchange. One, a Precisionist diver, had an oily film on the inside of the crystal. I have seen lots of foggy Invicta crystals, but never an oily one. The other exchange was a Sea King diver that was obviously a previous customer's return. Its case was lightly scratched and the plastic wrap was missing from the crystal. I exchanged both watches for new ones and I didn't have any problems with the replacements.

I really like all of my Bulovas.
