45m to 48mm are the best for me. I know for some 48 is considered big, for me 43 and below is just too small on my wrist and I do not have large wrists like some do. Flip side of that getting into 50mm and above is too big though I do have a couple of Invicta Subaquas that size and still like them. But no more that big.
