I bought the Zeno diver auto chronograph from Amazon (Flying Fashion) and the 3 hand diver auto from CWS. I received the amazon order and it was a non-chronograph quartz. I emailed Flying Fashion and they tried to say it was amazon’s fault. I explained that I think it is their problem because the watch is mislabeled (correct label on box, wrong watch in box). They sent me another email saying that if that were the case, they would have other returns and complaints and they have had none. I know that is not true, just from the comments on this site. These guys are related to CWS somehow. The 3 hand I bought from CWS had a tracking number with an Amazon sender address on the tracking label. I am out of town so I won’t see what is in the CES order package until Saturday, but I’m sure it will be a non-auto watch! Here is the link to the Amazon auto Chrono I bought:

Oddly enough I can’t open that one star review on the watch either. The one thing they don’t have control of is the seller review.
 
Amazon marketplace asked me for a review today and it wasn't favorable. Flying Fashions is full of crap as they are about to get a glut of these things back. I only kept mine because I needed an extra present for my brothers 50th birthday Saturday and the Invicta I had bought from evine came with the mechanical gears stripped and the clutch broken on the mechanical movement. Was really having some bad watch Karma with the Invicta, then the Zeno. Hope that is out of my system for awhile.

There’s Literally a picture posted in the review of the watch in the wrong box! Are these people completely stupid?
 
Amazon returns was great - simple to print a label and send back, and quickly received a refund. I left a negative review for the seller and for the item - can't believe seller is still listing watch for sale instead of correcting the listing.
 
On the sellers feedback page they have a lot of complaints like wrong product. For some reason Amazon keeps striking out the bad ones and adding "Message from Amazon:This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience." Sure, but it's your seller that's advertising the wrong product. Amazon is accepting the returns due to wrong watch. Mind boggling they ship them right back out.
 
I sent mine back and got a return authorization same day. Well worth the risk although disappointed.
