In a couple of hours, my eye will be sliced open and the lens sucked out. And then a artificial lens will be inserted. Cataract surgery.
It is supposed to be a piece of cake. 10 minutes. Thousands done every year. But I am always a little apprehensive before going under the knife.
I had to stop taking my medicines for a week now, before the surgery. NSAID's and aspirin and Tylenol all stopped. And man I am feeling it.
But the upside is I am supposed to have clear vision again. I feel like I am looking through glasses with some smudges on them.
Anyway, fingers crossed...
