Tried to contact Zixen?

Has anyone tried to contact Zixen? I had a question about a watch and have emailed them 2x in the last week and no reply. I was planning on making a purchase, but if I can't get ahold of them, I don't want to spend my money.

Was able to make contact, my messages were not going through on their website. Contacted them through Ebay. Was able to the Trimix at a better price.
