I don't care for this one myself. The brand owner mentions everything he saw was reliant on building off other brands and designers. Coming out the gate and saying his design is a breath of fresh air in a sea of uninspired watches. I wish the guy luck, but sounds like many Kickstarter claims to me. Obviously he hasn't looked at Zelos and a bunch of others already in the micro-brand game. IMO this particular finish looks like a lint magnet from the RR video. Kudos for trying to create a custom rotor, but I'm not a fan of the rotor as well. It's probably a sticker over the rotor. I doubt it would be heavy enough to wind the watch properly if it was just wood. As far as the overall design goes, I can't see too much earth shattering going on that would amount to a breath of fresh air in the micro world.

There's a reason I'm losing interest in this stuff and it's because like the current porn fad of step-f'ing, incest is really not best. Only so many ways of jerking off to the same type of crap before it just gets boring. I've accumulated enough to feed a third world country and it's time to start giving it away as I can't afford to jump in class and I've invested in some 500 pieces that are dying in a case laughing at me. Sorry but I've reached that cynical part of a hobby where I know I'm a sick f**** and can no longer be surprised or offer anything of interest or value to people who deserve better.

The real challenge here is doing something which does stand out. Tough audience and rightly so.
