      Too bad it looked like a nice watch. I do not know a thing about this brand seen many times but that is it. Seems like you might have had some bad experiences with them since in your first post you were thinking it might not keep good time.

        No it was my 1st one I just monitor the accuracy over a 24hr period on any new watch I buy

      If that was Ashford, they may request you send them a photo of the defect. That's what I had to do to prove I received a return recently and the reason I'm done with Ashford.

        I just called and they emailed me a packing slip. If I hit ANY snags I’ll dispute the charge and let the credit card company fight it out with them. Up to this point I’ve had good luck with them but things change.
