So I was looking to just change the hands and bezel on my SNE435p1 and not finding what I needed, Im deciding to do a complete custom build based off the SKX. Never did it before but had success with this transplant which I documented last year.

Basically Im ordering all the parts separately....purchasing the tools needed so I will be able to build any color combo I want. As parts come in Ill post photos. Maybe later start with the stock pics for you to see. I have no idea how long it will take, hopefully 2 weeks since I have to buy everything and have it shipped...many parts are coming from over seas and I haven't ordered everything I need for the watch itself.

Here are screenshots of the parts ordered so far
.....I got 2 sets of hands...Ill see which I like best. Im going for a brushed matte finish with just a few pieces adding some shine...the red hands and crown give some color contrast with the red.​

I love both of those hands. I can't decide which ones will look best. Either will be great. I'm leaning toward the black with red tips over the all red....but may go the other way in an hour lol

I think the ones with the matte black will work better....but ill see
 
Its taking forever for the stuff to arrive all ive recieved are the black and red hands the S second hand and the bezel....ill post my own pics tomorrow of them!
