A very handsome, and impressive looking time piece. Thanks Lee.

That sure is a lot abalone. Might prefer a smaller slice abalone though as my wrist is on a diet.

You would think an Invicta "Reserve" watch would be Swiss made. Maybe more like this exist?

Wait, you mean there are Invicta Reserve watches that are Swiss Made? When did that start?

You probably going to have to wait for quite a bit of time for an auto to come out.I don't know why they just don't make an auto in the abalone.

Your probably right. S÷m like they are short on Swiss auto mov't for their reserve timepieces, although they did use a Japanese mov't in one of their reserve timepieces once. A sii ne88 would be a great alternative but Eyal may not want to ruin his relationship with ETA.

I would take a SiNe78 or 88 or even a Miyota 9015 instead of a Swiss movement.

You and I might but Invicta I don't believe would. I believe Seiko has replaced the sii ne78 with the ne88 to which are supposed to be equal if not better than the v7750. The Miyota 9100 series are to rival the ETA 2824 as you know but I think Eyal would want to stay in the good graces of the SWATCH GROUP. Like you, my preference is the mech/auto. It will be interesting to see if the new SAN VI comes out in a auto first (as they usually do) or the go to Z60 mov't.

I wish but it doesn't look like, although the San 5's came out with the auto's first. For what I saw so far it looks like the first San 6 will be the Ronda 5040F movement.
