Following the success of its first ‘Ombré’ watch, Christopher Ward is excited to announce two new limited edition models: the 300-piece C60 Trident Ombré COSC and 500-piece C65 Trident Bronze Ombré COSC.
But what does 'Ombré' mean? While some find the term to be more synonymous with other industries – namely, hairdressing, but of course you knew that already – its translation from French means 'shaded'. A reference to the black varnish finish around the edge of their dial, both have also been hand-scratched so that every one in their respective limited edition runs will be completely one of a kind.
With the C60 Trident Ombré COSC incorporating the upgrades of our Trident 3 range, and the C65 Trident Bronze Ombré COSC boasting a uniquely patinating bronze case, which one will you go for?
Released to mark the five year anniversary of Calibre SH21, the C60 Apex Limited Edition shows off more of our in-house movement than ever before. With SH21 showcased through an exhibition case back – the first time we’ve included one in our dive range – no wonder Worn & Wound called it ‘the star of the show’.
