View Full Version : Aragon Fixed My Watch Proper!!!!!

My crown and stem came out of my coveted Gen 3 Virtuoso. I sent it to Aragon, they fixed it, and I just received it. It took a while because I sat on my duff and didnít ship it. Once I did, things were taken care of in short order.

Included in the package was an invoice that had a bunch of zeros for the failed part, labor, shipping, etc. They even threw in a bunch of crystal protectors. Even the return address had a real name in lieu of the company name. It was ____ Liang. It wasnít Wing but I wonít say here as it may not be appropriate. It was a nice and subtle touch that shows ownership.

Things go wrong. Few make it right like Aragon. Thank you to everyone at Aragon who helped me out. I couldn't be happier.

I have had more than 6 Android watches superbly repaired by Android/Aragon/Oko in the last year including a complete rebuilding of a tourbillon watch that was in shambles from rough shipping handling. They did an unbelievable job in less than 2 months on that watch and it came back in beautiful shape with nary a scratch or even fingerprints!

Other boutique brands need to study Oko's customer service because it really is that good:)

It's always nice to hear good news like this, but with Aragon it's never a surprise. We expect this kind of service from Wing and his crew and we're rarely disappointed. That is obviously why his company is held in such high regard among WIT's.
