RAISING THE BAR OF READABILITY – UNDERWATER.

On the dial and rotating bezel, our prowess for readability is on full display. The 6, 9 and 12 numerals are comprised of revolutionary micro gas tubes for unmatched luminosity and clear time reading in dark environments. The tubes on the bezel make it possible to easily track up to 60 minutes of dive time in underwater darkness.

THE FIRST OF ITS KIND.

The Diver Worldtime represents the rare union of different complications. While the pairing of dive functionality with a worldtime disc is truly remarkable, the timepiece is the first to combine a worldtime module with day and date features. Amid the demands of international travel, these features aid travelers in easily tracking the time, day and date – no matter where.

EYE-CATCHING AESTHETICS FOR BREATH-TAKING TRAVEL.
Unlike early models, the new Diver Worldtime features 6 and 9 numerals made of micro gas tubes for added luminosity. Its design showcases beautiful all-around form, from the 45mm brushed steel case to the seamlessly and artfully layered dial.

HANDLES THE ADVERSITY OF
ADVENTURE.
Whether traveling for business or embarking on a new adventure, the Diver Worldtime is built to withstand adverse conditions. It is protected against shock impact, alongside anti-magnetic resistance to 4,800 A/m. And as a professional diving instrument, the timepiece is waterproof to 300 meters (1,000 feet).

One very sharp, and impressive, mid size, automatic, day/date, three hand, from Ball. Some very impressive executions, as well. Thanks for the HU, information, and link, Mike.:hand:

Nice looking Ball - someday I will pick up another to go with my Night Train II, but for now that is the only tube watch that I need - it has 75 tubes of awesomeness!

Interesting. But a bit too big, and rather too thick for me.

The bracelet design seems to be new?

I dun like the caseback.

i really like this. perfect size IMO, world timer plus tubes equals a winner.

My only question is: what am I looking at on the caseback?

If there was one thing that I would say that Ball had to work on, it was their caseback logo. Their caseback logo features a man, on top of what looks like a rock, raising his hands up in celebration. To be honest, I have no idea what it means. But as you can see, the profile of the case is considerably thick, which is a good thing, because the watch is water-resistant to 300m.

I like the 45MM size and the $1,200 price for the bracelet. I don't like the case back and the 6 month wait for the watch. I'm just not up for these 6 month waits any more.

Thanks RW!!!!

I agree with you for the most part on the long wait. Unlike many other pre-orders the savings on these are substantial so I can make the exception. The other train of thought is to wait and snag one from the secondary market. I prefer my Balls to be virgin and untouched without any haggling.

I prefer new with guarantee...used these days often has the anomaly of being more expensive than new...and just do not want any hassles...serenity now...cherry balls

A really beautiful watch. Nice to know that with a shock resistance of 5,000 g's, it will STILL look beautiful while I have been crushed into Jello.

Is this the biggest dial Ball has made ? 45mm....looks good !!

Worldtimer and diver.

Add a man on a mountain, it makes no sense.

Compared to other brands, caseback is ok. But compared to itself, the usual Ball standards, caseback is a no no.

I think the man is standing on the world

Black dial on the bracelet would be my call, but I would rather see this in a 42mm size. Thanks Mike for the HU.

The 40mm FIREMAN NIGHTBREAKER minus the Arabic numerals would have been a good choice. The price was very good, choice of NATO and could choose the color combo of tubes and dial variation. $749-$799

I believe the case-back image is a free diver, utilizing a single freediving fin to descend.

excellent observation. I believe you are correct. the angle of the image doesn't easily relay the message but in looking at it more closely I'm fairly sure you're correct. Still they couldn't done that better.

awesome looking watch though. the biggest turn off is the wait for me, as Timecat pointed out. Ball isn't a small micro that needs the funding up front to afford the costs of the manufacturing. They can argue that this is a customer friendly process that helps loyal fans save money. But reality is they are willing to sell the watch at $1200 so they are already making their expected profits at $1200.

When Raven, H20 or Zelos (among others) need the money upfront, I get it. Ball, not so much.

Still thought.... a great looking watch.
