Like this one a lot! Back in 2018 Nordstrom Rack had one of these in the case as well as a double bridge version and I checked them out several times and wasn't going to pay what they were asking for it. It was way over priced for a watch on clearance even for the Rack $200.00 and $250.00. I do not think I ever paid more than 50 or 60 bucks for a new SO. Some seem to bring some good money on the secondary market these days. I used to see a lot of SO watches at the discount stores and those dried up.

Stuhrling always delivered high end looks at reasonable prices. I would love to own that model , congrats.

In the end, after taxes (which I really resent the :poop: out of!!) and shipping, this one ended up setting me back $188.00 USD, which, for an aftermarket SO is perhaps a little high, but I was glad to pay that amount as it really IS in almost perfect shape...as can easily be seen! ;)

Wow, that minimalist rotor is da bee's knees and the cat's pajamas! And how that balance wheel is perched up there, like a time keeping guardian? Just a brilliant design! Maybe some don't like them teee veee watches, but, shazam, brands ten times the cost aren't often making things one tenth as interesting and admirable.

Well done Stuhrling, and well done yourself, for grabbing that amazing watch! An enjoyable read as always, and a terrific presentation! Thanks to you, Stuhrling is now on the radar for me.

They make some just great looking watches, and what is more joyful than glancing down at the wrist, to find a true work of art telling the time? Congrats to you!!!!
