Well I somehow overwound my DeepBlue DepthMaster 49mm. I screwed up the winding mechanism. So I sent it off on Sept. 21st. 2020 to WatchrepairUsa.com they received it on Sept. 24th. After a couple of emails back and forth about price to fix it they didn’t start working on it till Oct. 13th. Now I could have just changed the movement but I didn’t wanna go that route, I wanted everything to be Original. So that’s the route I took to the tune of $ 363.07 ya I know ouch. Now I explicitly told them I wanted whatever parts they replaced sent back to me with the watch when they were done fixing it. Do you think I got the parts back ? Nope not a single piece. So I’m kinda pissed about that. Now on Jan. 10th. 2021 I got an email stating that they were done fixing my watch. They mailed it back to me on Jan. 12th. and I received it today Jan. 15th. Other than not receiving my old parts was there any other negativity, not that I could find. They really mummy rapped the heck out of it. Now would I send another watch there to be repaired ? At this moment I really can’t say either way. I’m going to keep a close eye on the watch for the next few days to see if anything pops up.
