Continuing with 1970's Vintage:
1974 Bulova Caravelle 200m "diver" with West German (Pforzheimer Uhren-Rohwerke) PUW 1561 movement inside. PUW went under completely in 1990 after struggling for a number of years in the Quartz Revolution, in spite of developing and making their own quartz movements (I have two watches with PUW quartz in them). Bezel is friction and bi-directional, very common on dive watches in its era. Bracelet is neither original nor period. It's a Seiko Monster with the clasp changed, replacing it with an identical, sterile one without brand markings.
This one came Friday also, a 43mm automatic Pro Diver Popeye LE 197/4000 with 2 right hands. This is about the smallest I will wear. It is very comfortable.
