Is anyone on the Forum familiar with this watch? I can't tell by the description if the bracelet is brushed or full polish. I know the price is reasonable for this piece though. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is this it.
Looks brushed and polished

My black dial came on a strap, so I'm no help. (This is just my showoff post :) ) But I can tell you it's an outstanding piece of German engineering and I wear mine a lot.

yeah...MR SINN died recently...awesome story of turbulent times & 2 world wars...he was up and down...but managed to buy back his designs from BREITLING and infused the bling line with sinnful DNA...i was hunting SINN for a while like AHAB and the white whale...never landed my harpoon-

living in SINN has to be the finest example of german tool kool an addict can acquire -good hunt...and i would strap it on like joel...i can not explain why i can't take the weight any more ( no longer wear bracelets )

Here's another question at $1,500 with the sw220 movement be a deal breaker?

The more I discuss this the more I think it's just an isolated incident but just the same it makes me a little gun-shy

I have read the experts and have a friend who loves the SINN line. It really is awesome!! What I know about the Selita brand would fill a thimble, hopefully its an equal to ETA since my own 1st Chris Ward Trident C60/600 will be delivered tomorrow... My 1st Selita (SW-200)...
Good luck!
Dan

Same as Joel. My white dial came on a strap. It’s a great watch whatever you decide. They upped the overall build quality and movement and it’s decoration as compared with your average SW-200 or even 2824-2 containing timepiece.

I do think I nabbed it closer to $1200 or $1300 from Watchbuys. They have a road show. You might even be able to wrangle it at a better price at the show, but I’m not sure. If that gear damage was on an SW-200,I wouldn’t give that another thought. Stuff happens, but lightening doesn’t strike the same place twice.

Thanks for the heads-up about the sale. I still have a few months to go.

ETA has at times contracted with Selitta to make them parts and movements. So if we think the standard barer is ETA and they trust Selitta, then I will trust Selitta until trends start to indicate otherwise.... just my 2 cents.
