Finally found time to watch the new episode of the The Grand Tour which was recently released (an excellent "motoring" show, for anyone not familiar with it) and I spied Captain Slow wearing his Pan Europ, so had to wear mine. In fact, I just ordered the same strap, since his looked so darn good on the Hamilton NATO.
And, geez, he was really put through the ringer, slogging through mud and debris in his Catram track car, so, cheers to Hammy for a very robust watch, especially with only 50m WR, if indeed it was on his wrist during the worst of what he endured.
My new NATO strap should arrive in some weeks, but for now it's on a great leather strap from Dryden.
Hope everyone's New Year is off to a great start!
Sadly, just a few days into mine, my Bimmer got broken into, two windows smashed out and a bunch of stuff stolen (although, thankfully, not the car itself), so, still dealing with that fun....
If it ain't one thing, it's somethin' else, I guess.
Mister James May and his Hammy Pan Europe, followed by mine:
