Here is how I look at it, I can count on one hand the deals I actually have taken advantage of that were posted by Lee, one or one thousand is not the point. My logic tells me that Lee should be thanking WITS for giving him the opportunity to feed his addiction of "living for the deals"! Without WITS who would he have to enable? :dunno:
 
Booooooo!!! You can count on 1 hand the deals Lee has found for you because you live & breathe watches and usually know where the deals are too, but Lee does the work of always taking the time to post them

Additionally I have pm'd Lee telling him I am about to buy a watch and does he know a better deal and he always come thru, can't do that with you because your mailbox has been full forever lol

Don't hate, congratulate, for all you and I know Lee does and I would bet Lee enables his wife, kids, coworkers, neighbors, congregation......etc

No hate for Lee and Boooooo away all you like, I ain't afraid of no ghost, I'm without speech, WOW you PM Lee and he found a better deal, glad to hear it worked out. It is not work if you love doing it and I think Lee would agree.

Mike, I would also like to thank you for all your help you give to members and visitors on WiT, I just don't think we should take anything away from Lee, know what I mean buddy? I mean man, we love you too!! But you ain't getting my last Bud!!
 
Once again your overthinking stuff, I don't do things or need any credit or thanks for anything man, long before you joined I would help Lee with post not for any "credit" but because I enjoyed doing it, end of story !

I make a small monthly installment to this site so I would encourage other WIT's to do so! I will
support Lee also.
 
I think it goes without saying most of us do what we do on here for the love of the hobby and nothing else. Steve showed that when he started this forum and didn't ask any of us for a penny. A donation was set up and a WiT store, but that was just to help with the cost and was never a requirement for membership. I know I do everything I do for nothing else but to learn and share what I know and what I can find. I love this addiction, and I am glad I can share it with all of you guys.

To all: In some thread which I can't even remember some members were exclaiming their appreciation for Lee saving us money and I said, "I appreciate Lee for saving me money also, somebody should set up a gofundme for him", Leisl then said, "you should set it up", I said, "Ok", never done it before, took the challenge and set it up

ps. Bob told me Lee is retired btw

There has been overwhelming support so obviously Leisl's and my thoughts were not alone

Why some people feel the need to make negative or inho unnecessary or non-helpful opinions escape me, if someone does not wish to participate that is fine, this campaign is voluntary

over-think that lol

ps. just not getting all the "butthurt", and personally I'll take love over hate any day, even if it doesn't last, and I pray for good will for everyone

I also encouraged ppl to support Steve too earlier in this thread, I already contributed to Lee's campaign and pledge to support Steve too, @ the first of the month lol
