Hands-On Review: Serica 4512 California Dial Watch/REVIEW: FARER PILOT CAYLEY

Waxing and waning here: I believe that our age has a lot to do with our perceptions;
meaning we have more experience wearing our watches and I now like pieces less,
when trying to choose so finding more fault with the date function and other issues
I could over-look before.
There is the sameness in most dive watch designs which bugs me now, and liking
smaller case sizes and L2L, so I'm looking at Pilot Watches/ Farer seems interesting.
I guess I was way more impulsive before so now I've gone to other end of spectrum!
On the up-side I did buy an NFW, Valor in DLC so we will see.
well lucky me I have so few I do not even own a blue dial

California blue english mil-pilot looks pretty good...but...maybe i'll circle back in 1 or 5 months

i signed up for deals... GRUPO GAMMA, FARER TMD,VARIO,ZELOS maybe 1 in '21

-this FARER is leading the pack @37-39mm it punches way way above size 36mm pure open mouth dial,,,cylinder on cylinder because it's real in repelling electro-magnetic field... it's really pretty

because let's face it 3,000 MTRS. WR. 40,0000 feet altitude, top of MT EVEREST, touching the bottom on the MARIANNA TRENCH

those are all great tolerances ...but i like try it on a little... maybe whisper and wind ...give it to a nephew or son-in-law who can appreciate it's worth and be shocked in to horo elation

Ed Rhee of aBlogtoWatch reviews the Serica 4512 California Dial watch. Serica is a Paris-based independent watch brand, and the 4512 is their take on a military-steel field watch. At 38mm wide with drilled lugs, a boxed sapphire crystal, 200 meters of water resistance, and a stylish vintage-inspired Bonklip bracelet, is the Serica 4512 the perfect field watch? Check out the review to find out!
