Just One More Watch

I like this watch on my arm far more than I like it on paper, if you see what I mean? It just really works as a design overall and is super seventies without looking trashy or kitsch. Shame they didn't take the opportunity to update the clasp and put in a better grade of Miyota! Thanks to Mr P, a name you will be hearing again, and again, and again...... Cheers, Jody

A very sharp, and impressive, mid size, automatic, PD, three hand, from Bulova. Handsome, sporty, and distinctive.:dance2: Thanks Mike. :hat:

Yeah, they missed the boat by not throwing a 9015 in there. Still really cool watch regardless. If I can find a solid deal I might jump.
It is kind of true to form because the original automatic movement would not have been a hacking movement. I do think a 9015 would’ve been so much better. These pop up around $400 all the time and I may get the orange blue.

I want the green version. My price buy is $300. If it gets there it's mine. If not, I'll survive. Love the design and looks, but I only buy at my price and will no longer buy just because I see something I like. The Red and black has dipped under $300 before on the re=conditioned ebay sites. Hopefully the green will get there too. The miyota doesn't bug me as I've got about 50 of them from the past that still are running as well as I could hope for. Hacking means zero to me as perfect time in a 300 plus watch collection means zero as the odds of me giving a crap are zero when I won't be wearing the same watch or looking for Atomic level time the next day. If it had the ubiquitous NH35 it would not be any more appealing to me. Both movements are pedestrian, but work just fine for me.
