I am an amateur photographer who only got serious about it a couple of years ago. Following advice I received, I decided on the Fuji X system. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced (relatively speaking) platform that enables full creative expression.

I've recently started using the 90mm f/2.0 lens and am impressed with how much it can do. It has been teaching me quite a bit about storytelling through depth of field. Here is a composition that is a fairly common occurrence for me.

I'm a guitar player and I've never been comfortable wearing a watch while playing. Surprisingly, my wedding ring doesn't register a thought but a wristwatch drives me crazy.

Pretty impressive shot. I’m always impressed with photography skills.
I have no skills, the harder I try...the worse they look. I got a nice Sony, nice tent, nice lighting and my IPhone shots look the best, except under water, those shots are mostly blurry.
