Check out the bracelet on the Invicta Force Admiral

I saw that post Lee. Did you alert Wing or did he see this?

And they tried to steal the Hercules name for a watch too. They changed it to Herc'

It's the nature of the watch business and many other industries. Wing has followed Elshan with meteorite bezels, etc. Zelos fans and ET have made note of it a few times, but even ET takes some cue forms from historic designs and tweaks them. I don't think Invicta has anything to worry about in court with this one.

Using the same

This would be one of the arguments I make against Aragon if I was Invicta. It could also open another can of worms and give OKO International a double whammy.

Bremont H-4 Hercules

At a time of austerity, one American defied convention to build the largest aircraft in the world. Famously known as the ‘Spruce Goose’, the H-4 Hercules and Howard Hughes’ genius was defined by one minute. One minute of flight on 2nd November 1947. In that time Howard Hughes’ vision for the greatest aircraft ever built was vindicated. It’s fitting therefore that the aircraft is being commemorated by a timepiece of this stature.

A sublime fusion of micro-engineering, watch design and aviation history, the Bremont H-4 Hercules Limited Edition chronometer is limited to only 300 Stainless Steel, 75 Rose Gold and 75 Platinum pieces. It salutes this iconic flying boat of the 1940s and contains original birchwood from the fuselage of this iconic silver flying boat. A percentage of the proceeds from each limited edition will go towards to preservation of the aircraft at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon, USA.

It is on the public record. OKO International owns the Hercules trademark in USA.

You seem to be very adept with trademarking things. Patents unfortunately are not as easy.

Since patents are legal articles, they can be somewhat difficult to obtain. ... Once you've determined precisely what you want to patent, you'll need to do a patent search to make sure someone else hasn't already come up with the idea. If your idea is truly new, you'll need to fill out a hard copy or online application.

This watch came to mind the first time I saw you with Allison revealing the bike link bracelet design. The Pantor is based on the Essex design from 2010. Your design looks like a hybrid design with a less refined tougher industrial look of this bracelet in my eyes.

It has similarity because the look of the center links.

However the Sea Charger bracelet is completely different in my eyes because each link is shaped like a number "8", the bracelet pattern is 8 links + 6 links without solid side links, also it is a single sided screw bar construction.

I mentioned it was a hybrid and a clever one at that. I own your watch Wing. The thing about designs and concepts the idea always morphs from something. Just as your Biolume came to mind on a trip. Something ignites a spark in the creative mind

Video
Kendi at 1:40 "coolest bracelet Invicta has come up with in years"
Kendi at 4:02 "very first bracelet of its kind...motorcycle bracelet...never been done before"

While Kendi was gushing over the braclet, JZ and Ryan tried to not comment on the bracelet.
They knew.

Kendi was also mentioning the bracelet is also there in their jewelry line?

Wow, that's a sad day, ripping off Wing, like, what the literal fudge!:mad::mad:

I mean, I get that countless brands copy certain huge watch house designs, but that is one of Wing's masterpieces. Most comfortable bracelet I own, and the look is as outstanding as the feel.

Looks like Wing's iteration is far superior, no surprise, maintaining the design through to the clasp, so Invicta has come up with a crummy copy, at best.

Shame, indeed.

All the more reason to buy a new watch from Wing today, to support the mastery of Wing Engineering!!!

Oh, how easily I talk myself out of the 2021 NBZ, but, dang it, this is a matter of principle!
