Wristwatch Dave

The Zelos Blacktip has just arrived - this is a first class watch. The fit and finish is extremely good.
This video shows me unboxing the watch and reviewing it.

:hmm: Reviewer shows the bezel is slightly off

A marvelous piece indeed! :dance2: Thanks for posting this up, Mike.:hat:

Great video, the miss aligned 9 hour marker would bug me.
It should bother you or anyone else. The thing about that is that Elshan, who has customer service second to none, would send another watch out in the blink of an eye. Once the replacement is received he has a call tag for FedEx to pick the other one up. If someone decides not to do a swap, that's on them. I mentioned they should slow down. These BT models have had more issues than normal. Time to nip the sloppiness in the butt before it gets out of hand.

As an example my crown has some overflow of lume on it and ET offered to send me another one out. I chose not to do a swap because it's an easy fix to clean the excess lume off. The photos below are from S.I.F from today.

The Blacktip is at home... But I found this imperfection.

ET: Do drop me an email and I’ll get it replaced sorry

SIF: You don't have to apologize, this can happen.

I remember reading that. Always good when a company does the right thing.
