🦸🏻‍♂️☄️ Superman Meteorite Auto 58mm 34863 $119 + FS

I don't have a "space rock" piece yet and I admit I know very little about the subject. That being said.....I remember the first time I saw such a watch it was priced in the multiple hundreds of dollars. One that really made to look "wide eyed" at it with a big WOW! Now it seems (as in this case) they can be had for such a low price point. I even saw one on the Stauer site that was under $50 with the assurance it was the real deal and not anything like a sticker or something on the face. Sure this subject has come up before, but can anyone speak to the quality of a piece priced this low? Just curious.

Usually the prices are a bit higher, you should view this as a $130 piece. The quality from Invicta in this price range is generally pretty good.
Invicta did mess up the blue meteorite here (too much paint), but a member had positive things to say about the black meteorite.
$100 is a terrific deal.

You can look at the prodiver auto reviews on youtube, generally quite positive from people who are *not* Invicta fanboys, who bought prodivers for about $80 - I consider the prodiver to be a $55 watch. I have an upgraded version of the prodiver, got for $90 and there was a quality bump. I expect this Superman auto to be at the level of the upgraded prodiver + meteorite.

Basically, what I'm saying is, look at the prodiver reviews, this watch is going to be better. Provided you like the size.

The one negative is no screw down crown.

My negative in this specific instance is the "painted over blue meteorite coating" as described by our own Scantor Steve:

Superman CF & SAS Watches

"This Blue meteorite dial looks like they painted it with blue paint."

I had also ordered this model early on but after reviewing the pics available I would have preferred a more realistic blue meteorite look.
I was lucky enough to have cancelled my order.
I would have liked to have seen the blue meteorite we have admired in more expensive watches and would have paid more if they had used that instead.

Still, I say buy what you like & if you like this superman below, the value at this price is still a good deal IMHO.

I decided to give one a shot. I picked mineSpace Rock.jpg up (first purchase from them) from Invictastores.com. I didn't opt for the blue meteorite piece but the other option. It was $99.95 and I used a promo code (WELCOME10) that took another 10% off which brought it down to just under $90. With shipping/tax, the all in price was $109 which I thought was OK. It's listed as 50mm but I thought I saw someone here confirming that it's actually 58mm. I'm OK with either scenario. Can't wait to get it.

:good: Ed! GR8 Deal!
I'll look forward to some pics.
I'm interested to see how the Black looks compared to the blue option.

If you're a Superman fan & want to add some space rock you can't beat this offer for $100.00.

What happened to the 'ol story only Invicta & Rolx can get the meteorite, plus don't forget we've been told Rolex upcharges an additional $4k?

I have plenty of meteorite dials but now with everybody & their brother selling them it kind of took way the exclusivity of owning one.

Just got an email saying that my "space rock" will be ready to ship very soon. Hope to see it during the upcoming work week. I'm very curious about this one......
