Very unexpected thing around here got my mad money for a while. I was going to buy

Paying for mine tomorrow. Asked Christina about getting a certain number. No budget for the Miyota. Great intro price on these. I do wish the minute hand was a little thicker. Maybe on the DM5!

I really like the meteorite bezel version but and extra $200 for just the bezel is a tough one. I am seriously considering the 50mm black bezel

I don't care for the look of the font used on the meteorite bezel. IMHO I think the NH35 in SS offers the best bang for the buck. It's too bad the 45mm is so large and unnecessarily thick.

Mike - you nailed my thoughts exactly. Total amount and weight of SS, do not make for an elegant Timepiece.

So are you guys buying despite the size, font issues and orange hands or is it a pass? The black bezel seems like a very good deal! The lack of a crown guard is also an issue IMHO. Yet, for $200 for a meteorite dial auto is hard to pass up.

Already had the Miyota 9015 ordered, but the NH35 version for $200 was too tempting to pass on. Both versions are now on the way. I enjoy bigger watches, so the 16mm thickness of the Divemaster 4, as listed on the site, is a breeze for me. After 4 watches in two weeks, I gotta chill before Mrs. Bigbasshunter starts gettin an attitude.

Just depends on personal taste. I love the looks and thickness of both versions, but that's me.

I have plenty of watches that are thicker in height, but the only reason for making these so thick is to keep the cost down. They are using plug in parts across the board and I understand the balance of the average Aragon fan when it comes to bigger being better. I have plenty of other options to find something in my wheelhouse. I just see no sense in a thin movement like the Miyota being inside a16mm case. It makes cents from the viewpoint of Aragon to help with the profit margins. If you machine a thinner case that comes with a cost, so having certain universal case specs across the board seems to be the avenue used.
